What products do you sell?
We have a wide range of stylish home textile products including: bedding, throws, sheets, cushions, curtains, towels, kitchen towels, aprons, oven gloves. We're also able to provide private white label brand items too!
What is the minimum order value?
Great news! There is no minimum order value so you can order as much or little as you wish.
How do I open a trade account?
At Portfolio Home, we endeavour to make life as easy as possible for our buyers. You can simply open an account by contacting us here. Our application process is straight forwards and unlike other suppliers, it's hassle-free with no minimum order spend, easy to access products and dedicated account managers to support your business.
Can I open a Credit Account?
Once we receive your application and a request for credit is submitted, we will carry out the relevant checks. If we are unable to provide a credit account, you will still be able to shop with us on a pro-forma basis.
How do I view trade prices
An active account is required view stock and trade prices online. Once you have an account with ourselves, then you can simply log in, see product and pricing and order.
We pride ourselves on our agile and prompt delivery. We typically release all orders within 24 hours from confirmation of order allowing us to boast one of the best fulfilment services within the industry!
Dependent on what has been agreed and urgency, we can send items out for next day delivery but generally standard delivery is within 2 days. International orders may take up to 7 working days.
What is your trade delivery charge?
We provide carriage paid (FREE delivery) on all UK mainland orders over £125 (+VAT). Any orders below this will be charged £8.50. Our orders come tracked as standard ensuring you are always kept in the loop. Please note orders outside of the UK mainland are subject to carriage surcharges.
How do I view prices?
If you're an existing customer, you can log in (or reset your password if you've forgotten) using the email that is associated with your account. Once you're logged in you will see trade prices not our manufacturers retail price.

Do you supply marketing materials?
Yes - that's no problem. From online logos and jpegs to point of sale, posters and more to help attract footfall.
Of course! We can support a variety of customers however, Amazon and eBay sellers are not permitted to sell our products without express written permission from management.
Do you have a minimum spend on orders?
No - making it easy and flexible for your business needs. Orders over £125(+VAT) will benefit from carriage paid.

Do you offer payment credit terms?
Subject to satisfactory credit checks and payment history, Portfolio Home can offer credit facilities to trade customers.
Do you offer discounts for bulk quantity orders?
We believe in fair honest pricing - it's part of our Portfolio Promise. If you would like to discuss bulk orders or direct containers to take advantage of market-leading pricing then speak to your account manager.
Additionally, we're happy to consider any offers on clearance or special buy items.
How long will delivery take?
We endeavour to send your item by the next working day. Our courier services generally deliver between 1-2 days after we release the order, however please do contact us should you think shipment has been delayed.
A product is out of stock, when will it be in stock?
We're continually enhancing and developing our range - if you have a product request, idea or want to find out when an item is back in stock. Simply contact your account manager.
